Can I bring food or drinks? No outside food or drink is allowed in the building.

Can a tournament be held up for players on their way? NO. We will wait 15 minutes after start time IF you call the store and let us know that you're on your way. Other than that, the tournament will either take place on time if there are enough players or will be canceled if there are not.

Is there a parking lot? Yes. TZG has parking behind the building or there is free street parking.

Do you sell video games or systems? No.

Can I bring my own games? Yes, you are allowed to bring your own console games. However, please keep in mind that TimeZone Gaming is not responsible for any loss or damage to your equipment.

Can I bring my own accessories (headset/keyboard/mouse)? Yes. Although all of our systems use quality equipment, you can bring your own accessories if you'd life. Again, TimeZone Gaming is not responsible for any loss or damage to your equipment.

Are you hiring? No, we are not looking for new employees at this time.

Do you offer computer repair services? Yes, we have a highly-skilled staff for all of your upgrade/repair needs.

Do you offer birthday parties or group rates? For birthday party information, visit our Parties section of our site. For group rates, contact us at info@timezonegaming.com with your inquiry. Note that group rates vary depending on time and date.

Can I sell cards to other players at TZG? NO! TZG has a very strict rule about this. There is no buying or selling of cards inside OR outside the store. People have been banned for this before. Please don't make us prove it.

Will TZG sponsor my [insert game here] team? No. TZG does not sponsor any gaming teams and would not consider sponsoring anyone in the future who is not a regular player at TZG.
